缺碘对发育期大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的影响

观察了孕期及生后早期严重碘缺乏对第一代子鼠发育期大脑单胺类神经递质的影响。结果表明,低碘喂养组大鼠端脑去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺和5—羟色胺均明显低于对照组。提示缺碘严重影响了发育期大鼠脑内单胺能神经元的发育,可能与其智力下降、神经运动功能障碍和生长发育落后等有关。 The effects of severe iodine deficiency during pregnancy and early postnatal period on the monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain of the first generation offspring were observed. The results showed that low-iodine feeding group rats norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin were significantly lower than the control group. These results suggest that iodine deficiency severely affects the development of monoamine neurons in the developmental brain of rats, which may be related to their mental decline, neuromotor dysfunction, and poor growth and development.
