近年来,强调运用血气结合同步电解质综合分析对酸碱紊乱类型进行诊断,这对指导治疗、降低病死率有重要意义。我们对本院1984年11月~1991年7月,62例神经外科重危患者的143次同步血气及电解质资料进行了回顾性分析。资料与方法本组62例,男46例,女16例,年龄44.3±17.2岁。其中重型颅脑损伤36例、高血压脑出血12例、脑肿瘤6例、脑血管畸形2例、神经外科其它疾病6例。均有意识障碍。60例行开颅手术。每例均用常规方法采动脉血,用美制
In recent years, the emphasis on the use of blood gas with synchronous electrolyte comprehensive analysis of acid-base disorders type of diagnosis, which guide the treatment, reduce mortality is of great significance. We retrospectively analyzed 143 simultaneous blood-gas and electrolytes data from 62 patients with neurosurgery in our hospital from November 1984 to July 1991.
