近年来.随着经济全球化进程加快及两岸经济运行出现的新变化,两岸经济关系发展也逐步呈现出一些新的现象与特点。这些现象的发生,是影响和决定两岸经济关系变动的深层因素,特别是岛内经济因素的直接反映。在这些因素影响下,两岸经济关系正在逐渐步入一个新的转型期,即:两岸经济关系的发展主轴,正在由制造业领域加快向服务业领域延伸和转移。这种转型态势将对当前两岸的政经互动框架提出新挑战,从而产生深远的影响。
In recent years, along with the acceleration of economic globalization and the new changes in the cross-Strait economic operation, some new phenomena and characteristics have gradually emerged in the development of cross-Strait economic relations. The occurrence of these phenomena is a deep factor that influences and determines the changes in the cross-Strait economic relations, especially the direct reflection of the economic factors in the island. Under the influence of these factors, the cross-Strait economic relations are gradually moving into a new phase of transition. That is, the development axis of cross-Strait economic relations is being extended and shifted from the field of manufacturing industries to the service sector. This transformation trend will pose new challenges to the current political and economic interaction framework across the Taiwan Strait and thus have a far-reaching impact.
