《幼儿园教师专业标准》规定:“幼儿园教师是履行幼儿园教育工作职责的专业人员,需要经过严格的培养与培训。”2012年以来,随着《专业标准》的颁布与实施,国家对幼儿园在职教师培训的力度不断加大,越来越多的幼儿园在职教师可以参加各种形式的学习与培训。然而,一个培训项目是否能够真正解决教师的职业发展困惑、提高教师素质,是每个教师培训机构要潜心研究的主要课题。本文基于陇南师专幼师国培的多年培训经验,主要从培训理念、培训需求诊断、培训课程的开发与研制、培训模式等几方面提出了有针对性和实效性的几点思考,以期对幼儿园在职教师培训提供一定的借鉴。 “Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards” provides: “Kindergarten teachers are nurses to fulfill the duties of kindergarten education professionals need to undergo rigorous training and training.” “Since 2012, with the promulgation and implementation of” professional standards ", the state of kindergarten In-service teacher training efforts continue to increase, more and more kindergarten teachers in service can participate in various forms of learning and training.
