《幼儿园教师专业标准》规定:“幼儿园教师是履行幼儿园教育工作职责的专业人员,需要经过严格的培养与培训。”2012年以来,随着《专业标准》的颁布与实施,国家对幼儿园在职教师培训的力度不断加大,越来越多的幼儿园在职教师可以参加各种形式的学习与培训。然而,一个培训项目是否能够真正解决教师的职业发展困惑、提高教师素质,是每个教师培训机构要潜心研究的主要课题。本文基于陇南师专幼师国培的多年培训经验,主要从培训理念、培训需求诊断、培训课程的开发与研制、培训模式等几方面提出了有针对性和实效性的几点思考,以期对幼儿园在职教师培训提供一定的借鉴。
