缺乏运动已经成为公共卫生问题,高校做为学校体育的收官之战,不仅仅是传授运动技能,更应该教授学生“为自己量身打造个性化运动处方,培养学生自主运动,终身体育的生活方式”。传统的公共体育教学模式很难达到这样的效果,鉴于运动促进健康是属于运动医学交叉学科的内容,本文对“基于问题式学习(ProblemBased Learning,PBL)的教学模式”用于提升学生体质健康和培养自主运动做一分析探讨。
Lack of exercise has become a public health problem. Colleges and universities, as the closing battle of school physical education, should not only teach motor skills, but should also teach students to formulate personalized exercise prescriptions for themselves, cultivate students’ autonomous sports and lifelong physical education lifestyle“. The traditional public PE teaching mode is hard to achieve such an effect. In view of the fact that sports promoting health belongs to the interdisciplinary content of sports medicine, this paper is based on the teaching mode of ”Problem Based Learning (PBL) Health and training to do an analysis of independent movement.
