采用阳极恒流电沉积法在不锈钢上制备了PbO2涂层阳极和分别由Fe、Ni掺杂的PbO2涂层阳极。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)研究了涂层的微观结构、表面形貌及元素组成。采用电化学工作站测定了涂层的开路电位,并通过循环伏安法研究了涂层分别在0.1 mol/L Na2SO4溶液和含0.1 mol/L Na2SO4及20 mg/L刚果红溶液中的电化学性能。用PbO2和Fe、Ni掺杂的PbO2涂层为阳极恒压处理含刚果红的模拟有机废水,90 min后测得刚果红的去除率分别为84.7%、90.2%和86%。
PbO2-coated anodes and PbO2-coated anodes doped with Fe and Ni respectively were prepared on stainless steel by anodic galvanostatic electrodeposition. The microstructure, surface morphology and elemental composition of the coatings were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) The open circuit potentials of the coatings were measured by electrochemical workstation and the electrochemical properties of the coatings in 0.1 mol / L Na2SO4 solution and 0.1 mol / L Na2SO4 and 20 mg / L Congo red solution were studied by cyclic voltammetry . PbO2, Fe and Ni-doped PbO2 coatings were used for the constant pressure treatment of simulated organic wastewater containing congo red. After 90 min, the removal rates of congo red were 84.7%, 90.2% and 86%, respectively.
