作为班级的组成部分,科任教师也是学生成长的领路人,应在班级工作中发挥应有的作用。班主任应通过多种途径,充分激发科任教师参与班级工作的热情,让他们融入班级,成为学生成长的重要助力。一、明确科任教师角色和功能,深入了解科任教师作为班主任,我们首先要明确科任教师既是学生学习习惯养成和学业成绩提升的主要推动力,也是班主任管理班级的重要帮手。在接班之初,班主任应通过多种方式深入了解科任教师的基本情况。每接手一个新班,我都会设计一份《科任教师基本情况调查表》,内容包括个人昵称、出生年月、座右铭、生活照片、毕业学校、兴趣特长、教学成绩、获奖情况、对班级的期待和要求等,
