以线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为主体树脂,探讨了白色母粒对太阳能电池背板用聚乙烯(PE)膜力学性能的影响,同时研究了抗老化母粒对PE膜耐高温高湿(PCT)老化性能和耐候性的影响。结果表明:加入白色母粒可以在一定程度提高PE膜的拉伸强度;随着抗老化母粒用量的增加,PCT老化50h后的PE/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)剥离强度逐步下降;在添加量相同的条件下,抗老化母粒呈均匀分布的PE膜,其耐候性优于抗老化母粒呈正态分布的PE膜。
The effects of white masterbatch on the mechanical properties of polyethylene (PE) film for solar cell backsheet were investigated by using LLDPE and LDPE as the main resin. Effect of Granules on Aging and Weathering Properties of Polyethylene Film at High Temperature and High Humidity (PCT). The results showed that the addition of white masterbatch can improve the tensile strength of PE film to a certain extent. With the increase of anti-aging masterbatch, PE / PET (polyethylene terephthalate) peel strength Gradually decreased. Under the same addition condition, the anti-aging masterbatch showed a uniform distribution of PE film, and the weatherability was better than the PE film with normal distribution of anti-aging masterbatch.
