今年年初,铁道部推出的网络购票,在平时确实起到了很大的票务分流作用,节省了广大乘客排队购票的时间。这对几十年没有什么大改变的铁路客票系统来讲,是一次跨时代的改进。然而,量变引起质变,许多在国外不是问题的问题,在中国就成了问题。这些新问题的出现,与过去“铁老大”沉稳厚重的形象有着相当大的反差,不禁让老百姓再度质疑铁路客运的公信力和口碑
Earlier this year, the Internet ticketing service launched by the Ministry of Railways did indeed have a tremendous ticketing effect during normal times, saving the passengers the time to queue up for ticketing. This is an improvement across time for railway ticket systems that have not changed much in decades. However, quantitative change has caused qualitative changes. Many problems that are not problems in other countries have become problems in China. The emergence of these new problems is quite contrary to the steady and heavy image of the past “Iron Boss” and can not help but make the people once again question the credibility and reputation of the railway passenger transport.
