二次流动对压气机叶片排出口气流角和损失影响大,压气机性能的进一步改善,将取决于对二次流动的妥善处理。本文介绍热线风速仪测量叶栅出口速度和气流角沿叶高的变化,配合流动显示,研究叶栅二次流动的物理图画。实验结果表明,叶栅出口截面附近,由于二次流的作用,端壁附面层是三维的,沿叶高速度分布有某些特点,与二维紊流速度分布大不相同。本文结果与Johnston[2]三角形模型差得远,而与文献[3]基本相同。
The secondary flow has a great influence on the flow angle and loss of the outlet of the compressor blade. The further improvement of the performance of the compressor will depend on the proper handling of the secondary flow. This paper introduces the hotline anemometer to measure the exit velocity and the angle of air flow along the leaf height. With the flow display, the physical drawing of secondary flow of cascade is studied. The experimental results show that near the exit of cascade, due to the effect of secondary flow, the surface layer of the end wall is three-dimensional, with certain characteristics along the high velocity of the blade, which is different from the two-dimensional turbulence velocity distribution. The results in this paper are far from the Johnston [2] triangle model and are basically the same as those in [3].
