我校测试中心的D/MAXX射线衍射仪是单板机控制的实验仪器,测试精度高,稳定性好,附件比较齐全,适合开展多种科学试验工作。但是,在实验过程中,也暴露了仪器自身的不足,主要是测量得到的大量数据还需计算机处理。仪器配置的单板机只用于控制和提供基本实验数据,不具备计算和判断功能,所得数据需手工输入计算机处理,才能得到实验结果,数据处理工作量大,易出错。为解决此问题,我们研究成功了相应的接口和软件,在D/MAX—ⅢA衍射仪上配置了与IBM完全兼容的SIGMA微机,并移植开发了自动物相鉴定的应用软件,提高了仪器实验能力和自动化程度,本系统有以下特点:
