我院肿瘤妇科在应用香竺葵油治疗子宫颈癌时发现它有抗感染作用,并经体外实验证明香竺葵油对细菌、真菌、钩端螺旋体都有一定的杀菌或抑菌作用.我们曾将香竺葵油用于临床手足癣治疗,效果并不理想:15例足癣患者症状减轻以后复发者9例,疗效不显者6例.此外在临床治疗宫颈癌时也见有短期复发的情况.为了解释临床疗效与体外试验效果不一的现象,我们又在体外进行了组织渗透性影响香竺葵油抗真菌的试验.
The tumor gynecology of our hospital was found to have anti-infective effect when used in the treatment of cervical cancer with geranium oil, and in vitro experiments have shown that the geranium oil has a certain bactericidal or bacteriostatic effect on bacteria, fungi, Leptospira. The use of geranium oil in the treatment of clinical hand, foot and tinea pedis has been unsatisfactory: 15 cases of symptom remission in patients with tinea pedis have recurrence in 9 cases, and 6 cases have no significant effect. In addition, short-term recurrence is also seen in clinical treatment of cervical cancer. In order to explain the effects of clinical efficacy and in vitro tests, we conducted in vitro tissue osmolarity tests affecting antifungal activity of geranium oil.
