海洋肽系栉了孔扇贝中提取的多肽,分子量为800~1000。为研究其抗皮肤衰老的作用机制,测定了海洋肽对由邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧阴离子、Fenton反应产生羟自由基的清除率,过氧化脂质的最终分解产物丙二醛(MDA),油脂过氧化值(peroxide value,POV)。结果表明,海洋肽(3%,15%)对超氧阴离子的清除率分别为11.7%和41.8%,对羟自由基的清除率分别为8.6%和38.4%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。同时,海洋肽(0.05%,0.50%)能降低5d和10d的POV和MDA含量(P<0.05,0.01)。实验证明,海洋肽通过有效清除超氧阴离子、羟自由基并抑制脂质过氧化而抗皮肤老化。
The marine peptides are peptides extracted from scallops with a molecular weight of 800-1000. In order to study its anti-skin aging mechanism, the clearance rate of hydroxyl radical produced by the superoxide anion produced by the auto-oxidation of pyrogallol and the hydroxyl radical generated by the Fenton reaction was measured. The final decomposition product of lipid peroxide was malondialdehyde ( MDA), lipid peroxide value (POV). The results showed that the clearance rate of superoxide anion by marine peptide (3%, 15%) was 11.7% and 41.8%, and the clearance rate of hydroxyl radical was 8.6% and 38.4%, respectively. There was significant difference compared with the control group. (P<0.01). At the same time, marine peptides (0.05%, 0.50%) reduced the POV and MDA contents at 5 days and 10 days (P<0.05, 0.01). Experiments have shown that marine peptides are resistant to skin aging by effective elimination of superoxide anions, hydroxyl radicals and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
