一、提要镜板摩擦面与轴线不垂直或轴线曲折造成机组转动对产生摆度。用盘车的方法测量摆度的大小和方位,用来分析摆度产生的原因和提出纠偏的措施已成为规范化的机组安装及检修程序。随着单机容量的不断增大,用机械力克服盘车阻力矩和按分度控制转角越来越困难。改用电动盘车,电气设施较复杂、成本高,与机械盘车所需工期无大区别。“垂直轴线法”只需把发电机主轴调整垂直、直接测量镜板水平就达到目的。此方法与“一次垂线法”相结合,可以全面提高机组安装精度和加快安装进度。本方法在汉中石门电站三台机组上试验,与盘车结果完全一致。
