The quantitative model for evaluating labor relations in enterprise consists of two index systems. One system, which consists of 6 second level indices and 26 third level indices, deals with quantitative evaluation of the present situation of labor relations in enterprise. And the other system, which consists of 5 indices, deals with quantitative evaluation of the trend of future labor relations development.
