目的了解锦州市某润滑油添加剂有限公司聚异丁烯(PIB)装置职业病危害现状,为该公司职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测检验法、职业健康监护资料分析法相结合的方法对PIB装置进行现状评价。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素有液化石油气、硫酸、氨、硫化氢、氢氧化钠、噪声等。检测结果显示化学性有害因素最高浓度、时间加权平均浓度和短时间接触浓度合格率均为100%;噪声检测结果 8 h等效连续A计权声压级<85 d B(A),符合国家接触限值标准。结论该项目为职业危害严重项目,职业病防治措施得力,防毒、防尘及防噪声设施齐全,防护效果满意,总体评价结果符合国家卫生标准要求。
Objective To understand the status of occupational hazards of polyisobutylene (PIB) plant in a lubricant additive Co., Ltd. in Jinzhou and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in this company. Methods The current situation of PIB device was evaluated by the methods of occupational health field investigation, occupational disease hazard test and occupational health monitoring data analysis. Results The main occupational hazards of the project are liquefied petroleum gas, sulfuric acid, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sodium hydroxide, noise and so on. The test results showed that the highest concentration of chemical harmful factors, time-weighted average concentration and short-term exposure concentration pass rate were 100%; noise test results 8 h equivalent continuous A weighted sound pressure level <85 d B (A) Exposure limits standards. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard project, effective occupational disease prevention and control measures, complete with anti-virus, dust-proof and noise-proof facilities and satisfactory protective effect. The overall evaluation results conform to the requirements of national sanitary standards.
