聚合物微槽道换热器未来在电子设备散热方面具有很高的实用价值。利用Moldflow模流分析软件,以微槽道换热器为研究对象,以聚丙烯为原材料,基于微注射成型技术,研究不同外形尺寸、翅片深宽比、脱模角度、浇口尺寸和浇口分布型式对翅片翘曲变形的影响规律。模拟实验结果表明:百微米级微翅片大小减半其翘曲量减少为原来的1/3;翅片脱模角增大可以有效改善翘曲变形;翅片高宽比增大可强化其对翘曲的影响;浇口尺寸减小利于改善翘曲变形且双浇口能有效的减小翘曲变形的发生。
Polymer micro-channel heat exchanger in the future in the electronic equipment cooling has a high practical value. Moldflow mold flow analysis software was used to study the micro-channel heat exchanger. The simulation results show that the warp amount of the micro-fin with the size of one hundred micrometers is reduced by half and the warpage is reduced by 1/3. The increase of the draft angle of the fin can effectively improve the warp deformation. On the warpage; gate size is conducive to improving the warpage deformation and double gate can effectively reduce the occurrence of warpage.
