2010年10月30日,全区文化体制改革与发展工作座谈会在呼和浩特市召开。各盟市委常委、宣传部部长,分管副市长;自治区文化体制改革工作领导小组成员;国土资源厅、中国人民银行呼和浩特中心支行、自治区直属宣传文化系统有关部门、单位及文化企业主要负责人约60多人参加了会议。自治区党委常委、宣传部部长乌兰,自治区副主席刘新乐出席会议并发表讲话。会议总结和交流了前一时期全区文化体制改革和发展工作的进展情况、主要经验及存在问题,交流了各地“十二五”时期文化发展的主要目标、思路和措施,研究和部署了今后一个时期全区文化体制改革和发展工作及“十二五”时期文化发展规划纲要编制工作。现将乌兰部长、刘新乐副主席讲话摘发,供大家参阅。
