癫健安在人体内迅速而完全地转化为丙戊酸。将含癫健安的血标本酸化并用氯仿萃取,以环己烷羧酸作内标,用4%FFAP 及Gas Chrom Q 80~100目装填的玻璃层析柱分离,经火焰电离检测器检测。最小检测浓度为1微充/毫升,线性浓度范围为5~400微克/毫升,相对标准偏差为1%。此方法对临床及实验室的微量分析均有实用意义。
Epilepsy in the body quickly and completely converted to valproic acid. Blood samples containing epilepsy were acidified and extracted with chloroform. Cyclohexanecarboxylic acid was used as an internal standard and separated on a glass column packed with 4% FFAP and Gas Chrom Q 80-100 mesh and detected by flame ionization detector. The minimum detectable concentration was 1 μL / mL, with linearity ranging from 5 to 400 μg / mL with a relative standard deviation of 1%. This method is of clinical significance for clinical and laboratory microanalysis.
