运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,首先对当前我国中学体育教学的现状进行分析,中学体育教学内容单一,呈地域差异,西部边远地区师资力量薄弱。为了加强国防教育,提高学生的身体素质和心理健康,增强国家后备兵员体质和军事素质,将国防教育内容中必不可少的军事体育教育引入中学体育教学意义深远。
By using the methods of literature and logic analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of PE teaching in middle schools in our country. The content of PE teaching in middle school is single and shows geographical difference. The teachers in remote areas of western China are weak. In order to strengthen national defense education, improve the physical and mental health of students, and enhance the physical and military qualities of national reserve forces, it is of far-reaching significance to introduce the essential physical education in military education into the physical education in secondary schools.
