近年来我国中小企业发展迅速,规模不断扩大,为国民经济发展做出了重要贡献,但是中小企业在发展中也出现了种种问题,财务管理混乱,财务风险管理失真等情况非常常见,制约了很多中小企业的进一步发展。本文对中小企业财务风险管理存在的问题进行了总结,并提出了一些解决策略,希望能为相关单位提供一点参考。
