目的探讨成就目标、社会目标和自我效能感的关系。方法采用社会目标、成就目标和自感效感量表对220名高职生进行测量。结果①成就目标和社会目标存在性别、年级差异。②除了消极同伴赞许,社会目标和成就目标中的其它维度与自我效能感都存在显著性相关。③成就目标是直接影响自我效能感,社会目标是间接影响自我效能感。结论高职生成就目标、社会目标和自我效能感存在明显关联,成就目标在社会目标对自我效能感的影响中起到中介作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between achievement goals, social goals and self-efficacy. Methods The social goals, achievement goals and self-efficacy scale were used to measure 220 vocational college students. Results ① Achievement goals and social goals exist gender and grade differences. ② Except for negative peer approval, other dimensions of social goals and achievement goals are significantly related to self-efficacy. ③ achievement goal is a direct impact on self-efficacy, social goals are indirectly affect self-efficacy. Conclusion There is a clear correlation between attainment goals, social goals and self-efficacy of higher vocational students. Achievement goals play an intermediary role in the impact of social goals on self-efficacy.
