本文基于电子商务流程观,从商务能力IT化过程,探索合作电子商务能力形成的内在机制,提出企业间合作电子商务能力形成模型,研究能力需求,合作资源和合作能力的关联作用,并纳入IT嵌入水平和企业间正式控制,分析它们在该过程中的调节作用。依据224家企业调查数据,采用偏最小二乘(PLS)对研究模型进行了验证。研究发现合作电子商务能力形成是以能力需求为驱动,合作资源为中介的作用过程,并揭示了IT嵌入水平和企业间正式控制在该过程中起到的正向调节作用。本文对于提高企业间电子商务实施成功率,揭示组织间管理和技术因素共同对合作电子商务能力的影响机制具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Based on the view of e-commerce process, this paper explores the internal mechanism of the formation of cooperative e-commerce capabilities based on the IT process of business capabilities and proposes the formation of a model of e-commerce capabilities of enterprises. It also studies the related roles of capability requirements, cooperation resources and cooperation capabilities, Embedded level and formal control between enterprises, analyze their regulatory role in the process. Based on the survey data of 224 enterprises, the research model was verified by partial least squares (PLS). The study found that the formation of cooperative e-commerce capabilities is driven by capacity requirements and cooperative resources as intermediaries and reveals the positive role of IT embedding and formal control among enterprises in the process. This article has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the success rate of e-commerce implementation between enterprises and to reveal the impact mechanism of inter-organizational management and technical factors on the cooperative e-commerce capabilities.
