针对内蒙探区锡14块超稠油从配伍性、降粘效果、热稳定性等方面入手,利用旋转测定法对乳化降粘剂进行评价,筛选出适合于锡14块超稠油的最佳降粘剂JN-02,330℃高温处理后仍有较好的降粘性能。并对应用参数进行考察,降粘剂最优添加质量分数为1.5%,乳化温度对降粘效果有较大影响,锡14块超稠油的有利乳化温度在80℃以上。
Aiming at the compatibility of Sn14 super heavy oil in Inner Mongolia Exploration Area, the spinodal viscosity reducer was evaluated by rotation assay from the aspect of compatibility, viscosity reduction and thermal stability. Viscosity reducing agent JN-02, after 300 ℃ high temperature treatment there is still a better viscosity-lowering properties. The optimum parameters of the viscosity reducer were 1.5%. The emulsifying temperature had a significant effect on the viscosity reducing effect. The favorable emulsifying temperature of the 14 super heavy oil was above 80 ℃.
