现代心音图技术( ACG)是近年来研究的一项全新技术。 ACG在标准胸前导联 V3、V4位置放置双重感应器,通过小波信号处理技术对声学信息进行处理,通过时频分辨心音、心脏杂音,同步记录心音、心电信号并全面评估心脏的电机械功能。 ACG在心力衰竭、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)、心律失常等心血管疾病的预测、诊断和预后评估中均具有临床实用价值。它不仅具有快速、方便、无创的特点,而且还能排除环境噪音、呼吸等因素对心音质量的干扰。“,”Acoustic cardiography( ACG) is a new technology invented in recent years.Combined electro-cardiogram/sound sensors are placed in the precordial V3 and V4 positions.The acoustic information is pro-cessed by the wavelet signal processing technology,the heart sounds and the heart murmur are resolved by the time-frequency specific program,and the heart sound and the electrocardiogram signals are recorded simulta-neously and the electro-mechanical function of the heart is evaluated comprehensively .Many clinical studies have confirmed that ACG has clinical practical value in the prediction ,diagnosis and prognosis assessment of cardiovascular disease,such as cardiac insufficiency,coronary artery heart disease and cardiac arrhythmia.It not only has the characteristics of fast,convenient,noninvasive,but also can eliminate many interference fac-tors affecting the quality of heart sounds,such as environmental noise,breath and so on.
