2000年第五期《中外房地产导报》载文,分析1999年上海楼市的三大特点。在国民经济稳定增长的背景下,上海市住宅消费节节攀高,1999年前三季度外销房出售和预售成交面积1488万平方米,成交金额约517亿元,同比增加65%左右。房屋置换32464套,是1998年同期的两倍多。作为1998年商品房销售热潮的延续,1999年走势飙升呈现出的三大现象值得关注。
The fifth issue of “China and Foreign Real Estate Herald” published in 2000, analyzing the three major characteristics of the Shanghai property market in 1999. In the context of steady growth of the national economy, residential consumption in Shanghai steadily climbed up. In the first three quarters of 1999, the sales and pre-sale sales of foreigners reached 14.88 million square meters, with a turnover of about 51.7 billion yuan, an increase of about 65% over the same period of last year. 32464 sets of housing replacement, more than double the same period in 1998. As a continuation of the upsurge of commercial housing sales in 1998, the three major phenomena that the soaring trend in 1999 deserved attention.
