目的:观察中药复方糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠黏附分子的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、西药组及糖络宁组给药,共给药12周,给药结束后,利用流式细胞仪观察糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠黏附分子的影响。结果:与正常组大鼠比较,模型组糖尿病大鼠单个核细胞表面CD54、CD62P的表达明显增强(P<0.01);与模型组大鼠比较,糖络宁组大鼠CD54、CD62P表达显著下降(P<0.01),糖络宁组与西药组比较也有显著性下降(P<0.05)。结论:糖络宁可以有效降低糖尿病大鼠黏附分子CD54、CD62P的表达,这可能是糖络宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的机制之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound DangluoNing on adhesion molecules in diabetic rats. METHODS: The streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model was used. After successful model establishment, the rats were randomly divided into model group, western medicine group, and ketuoling group, and they were administered for 12 weeks. After the administration, the flow cytometer was used for observation. The Effect of Dianduoning on Adhesion Molecules in Diabetic Rats . RESULTS: Compared with normal rats, the expression of CD54 and CD62P on the surface of mononuclear cells in diabetic rats of the model group was significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with the rats in the model group, the expression of CD54 and CD62P in the rats of the cannadenoid group was significantly decreased. (P<0.01), there was also a significant decrease in the Dunoling group compared with the western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dangduoning can effectively reduce the expression of adhesion molecules CD54 and CD62P in diabetic rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of Dunluo Ning treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
