目的建立反相离子对HPLC法测定肺气肿胶囊中微量盐酸克伦特罗的含量。方法采用AgilentZorbaxCN色谱柱(4.6mm×25cm,5mm);流动相为乙腈-0.02mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.0)(40:60);流速1.0ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为210nm。结果盐酸克伦特罗浓度在0.08552~4.276mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000;平均加样回收率为99.62%,RSD为1.74%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确,重复性较好,可用于测定肺气肿胶囊中微量盐酸克伦特罗的含量。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in emphysematous capsules. Methods Agilent Zorbax CN column (4.6 mm × 25 cm, 5 mm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.02 mol / L sodium dodecyl sulfate (adjusted to pH 3.0 with glacial acetic acid) (40:60) min, column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength of 210nm. Results The concentration of clenbuterol in the range of 0.08552 ~ 4.276mg / ml showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, r = 1.0000. The average recovery was 99.62% with RSD of 1.74% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of clenbuterol in emphysematous capsules.
