子孢子侵入肝细胞是疟疾感染的关键,但对子孢子如何进入肝细胞研究甚少。最近的研究证实,CD81是疟原虫子孢子通过纳虫空泡形成途径进入肝细胞的关键分子。研究表明,CD81可能不是子孢子的直接受体蛋白,而是子孢子通过特异性配体-受体入侵肝细胞中多受体复合物组成成分之一,或是子孢子与肝细胞结合后启动的一系列分子变化中的一个重要成分。本文阐述了CD81分子的化学结构特点和在疟原虫感染中作用机制的相关研究进展。
Sporozoites invade hepatocytes is the key to malaria infection, but little is known about how sporozoites enter hepatocytes. Recent studies have confirmed that CD81 is a key molecule of Plasmodium sporozoites entering hepatocytes through the pathogen of the pars nanoadhesive vacuoles. Studies have shown that CD81 may not be the direct receptor protein of sporozoites, but sporozoites are one of the components of multi-receptor complex in hepatocytes through specific ligand-receptor invasion or sporozoites are activated after binding to hepatocytes A series of molecular changes in an important component. This article describes the molecular structure of CD81 molecules and the mechanism of action in Plasmodium infection research.
