申城的建筑房地产业,在改革开放的热潮中迅猛发展。在未来的几年甚至几十年里,将从被历史巨人推倒的旧房瓦砾堆中,雨后春笋般地耸立起数以干计的具有划时代意义的高楼大厦。 然而,目前在建筑房地产业的投资、中介、销售、价格、经营等多个环节上,均存在一些无法可依、无章可循现象,缺乏有效的管理,甚至完全逃避了国家银行、工商、税务等部门的监督,被犯罪分子钻了空子。因此,在加强和完善对建筑房地产市场宏观调控的同时,有关法律、管理、监督制约机制需尽快健全与完善。
