目的观察恩再适对带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗效果。方法带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者70例,治疗组38例,给予炎琥宁注射液240mg+0.9%生理盐水250ml,一日一次静脉滴注,合用恩再适注射液2支(6ml)+5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,一日一次静脉滴注,疗程14天;对照组32例,给予炎琥宁注射液240mg+0.9%生理盐水250ml,一日一次静脉滴注,配合强痛定片10mg口服,一日三次,疗程14天。结果治疗组总有效率86.8%,对照组总疗效率31.2%,治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.01。结论恩再适联合炎琥宁注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,较以往的口服强痛定片联合炎琥宁注射液,总有效率明显提高,安全性好,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effects of enoxaparin on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 70 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients were treated with 38 cases of treatment group and 240ml of Yanhuoning injection plus 250ml of 0.9% saline. The patients were given intravenous infusion of Enqiu injection (6ml) + 5% glucose injection 250ml, intravenous drip once a day for 14 days; control group of 32 patients were given Yanhuning injection 240mg 0.9% saline 250ml, once daily intravenous drip, with strong pain tablets 10mg Oral, three times a day, treatment for 14 days. Results The total effective rate was 86.8% in the treatment group and 31.2% in the control group, which was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Enzhong combined with Yanhuning injection for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, compared with the previous oral combination of strong pain tablets and Yan Huaning injection, the total effective rate was significantly improved, good safety, it is worth to promote the use of the clinic.
