Clinical and radiographic methods were used to determine the cure rate of 60 cases of adult incisors exposed to dental pulp due to traumatic accidental injuries. The treatment consisted of partial pulpotomy and Ca (OH) 2 capping. The size of the pulp exposed, the time between the accidental exposure to the pulp and the time of treatment, the period of root development during the permanent crown decay are all worth considering. Accidental myelination and treatment interval varies from 1-2160 hours, changes in dental pulp size changes from 0.5-4.0mm.
