目的调查大理学院荷花校区2006级新生乙型肝炎病毒血清标志5项指标及基因型和亚型。方法以荷花校区2006级1373名新生为对象,用ELISA法测定HBV血清标志物,并采用基因型特异性引物PCR法和巢式聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(nested PCR-RFLP)分析HBV基因型和亚型。结果HBsAg阳性感染者54例,阳性率为3.93%(54/1373);感染模式以大三阳(HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb阳性)和小三阳(HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性)为主,阳性率分别为53.70%(29/54)和35.19%(19/54)。54例HBV感染者血清HBV分出基因型29例,其中B基因型22例,B+C混合型7例。nested PCR-RFLP检测,共有25份标本HBV基因亚型分型阳性,阳性率为86.20%,其中B基因型19例,全部为Ba亚型;B+C混合型6例,全部为Ba+Cs亚型。结论大理学院荷花校区2006级新生HBV感染基因型为B型和B+C混合型,以Ba和Ba+Cs亚型为主要流行株。
Objective To investigate five indicators and genotypes and subtypes of hepatitis B virus (HBV) serum markers in 2006 freshmen in Dali University. Methods A total of 1373 freshmen at the level of Lotus in 2006 were enrolled in this study. Serum HBV markers were detected by ELISA. Genotype-specific primers PCR and nested PCR-RFLP (polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism) ) Analysis of HBV genotypes and subtypes. Results The positive rate was 3.93% (54/1373) in HBsAg positive patients. The positive rates of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive and HBsAg positive were HBsAg, HBeAb and HBcAb respectively 53.70% (29/54) and 35.19% (19/54). Twenty-four HBV genotypes were detected in 54 cases of HBV infection, including 22 genotype B and 7 B + C genotypes. nested PCR-RFLP, a total of 25 specimens of HBV subtype genotypes were positive, the positive rate was 86.20%, of which 19 cases of B genotype, all of the Ba subtype; B + C mixed type in 6 cases, all of the Ba + Cs Subtype. Conclusion The genotypes of HBV infection of 2006 freshmen in Dali University were all mixed type B and B + C, and Ba and Ba + Cs subtypes were the main epidemic strains.
