针对煤矿大量的矿车在使用中经常出现的漏油、甩轮对和使用寿命短等现象,分析研制了端盖式新型密封矿车轮对。通过改进轮对的密封结构、注油油堵的位置和端盖挡板的结构,大大改善了密封性能,延长了使用寿命,提高了强度,避免了损坏和安全事故,同时也大大减少了维修量,节省了轴承、润滑脂等原材料,具有良好的经济和安全效益。
