以普通小麦3338和斯卑尔脱小麦Altgold为亲本杂交,从F2代开始采用单粒传法构建了含188个重组近交系的群体,对该群体的抽穗期、株高、每穗小穗数、穗长、不孕小穗率、旗叶长、旗叶宽、芒长8个农艺性状的变异进行了分析。结果表明,该重组近交系群体存在着广泛的遗传变异,各性状的变异系数在6.55%到93.38%范围内变化。除芒长、穗长外,其余6个性状都符合或近似正态分布,表现为数量性状遗传特点,是一个适合遗传作图的理想群体。对株高和抽穗期两个性状的遗传参数进行了估计,广义遗传力分别为88%和58%。
A total of 188 recombinant inbred lines were constructed from the F2 generation using the common wheat 3338 and Spelled’s Altgold. The heading date, plant height, Number, spike length, spikelet rate of infertility, flag leaf length, flag leaf width, and mans length of 8 agronomic traits were analyzed. The results showed that there was a wide range of genetic variation among the recombinant inbred lines, and the coefficient of variation of each trait varied from 6.55% to 93.38%. Except for the length and spike length, the other six traits all fit or approximate the normal distribution, showing the genetic characteristics of quantitative traits, which is an ideal group suitable for genetic mapping. The genetic parameters of two characters of plant height and heading date were estimated, and the general heritability was 88% and 58% respectively.
