用甜樱桃早红宝石的茎段为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究6-BA对外植体芽诱导的影响,研究2种激素6-BA和IBA不同浓度组合的芽增殖效应及IBA的生根效果。试验结果表明:甜樱桃的最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+Sugar30g/L+Agar7g/L,最有效的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L+Sugar30g/L+Agar7g/L。
The stems of sweet cherry early ruby were used as explants to study the effects of 6-BA on the shoot induction of explants with MS as the basic medium. The effects of different concentrations of 6-BA and IBA on bud proliferation and IBA Rooting effect. The results showed that the optimum culture medium for sweet cherry was MS + 6-BA1.0mg / L + IBA0.1mg / L + Sugar30g / L + Agar7g / L, and the most effective rooting medium was1 / 2MS + IBA0. 5mg / L + Sugar30g / L + Agar7g / L.
