目的　研究以聚乙烯塑料袋封存无菌包以延长保存期的可行性。方法　从 1997年底分 3批高压蒸气灭菌10 4个无菌包 ,烘干后封存入聚乙烯塑料袋中 ,分别在 3个月、4个月、6个月、8个月后对无菌包进行无菌试验。结果　所有 10 4个无菌包在 4个不同时间点均未检测出细菌。结论　用聚乙烯塑料袋封存无菌包的方法可大大地延长无菌物品的保存期。这一方法可在重庆地区及消毒、保存条件较差的地方推广使用 Objective To study the feasibility of aseptic packages in polyethylene plastic bags to prolong the shelf life.
