针对宇航零件防晃板的焊接,提出了用三相次级整流电阻焊的方法替代手工钨极氩弧焊的方法,这不仅可以提高焊接效率,更主要的是消除对操作人员技艺的要求,保证产品的质量。通过对电阻焊各种工艺参数、工艺措施下焊点组织和力学性能的测试分析,了解了影响焊点质量的主要因素,实验表明电阻焊接头完全符合有关标准的要求,可以替代弧焊用于防晃板的焊接
Aiming at the welding of the anti-rolling board of aerospace parts, the method of replacing the manual TIG welding by the method of three-phase secondary rectifier resistance welding is proposed, which not only can improve the welding efficiency, but also mainly eliminate the requirements of the operator’s skill, ensure product quality. The main factors influencing the quality of solder joint were obtained through the test and analysis of solder joint structure and mechanical properties under various welding resistance parameters and technological measures. Experiments show that the resistance welded joint fully meets the requirements of relevant standards and can be used instead of arc welding Shake plate welding
