  Objective: Anti-nuclear antibody is an important diagnostic marker for connective tissue disease (CTD).In current study,we compared the performance of different detection methods,BioPlex 2200 multiplex immunoassay (MIA) and Anti-ENA/ANA Antibody IgG (EURASSAY) at the time of diagnosis in CTD.
