　　The objective of the present work is to determine the influence of the neutral salt spray corrosion on the wear resistance of HVOF sprayed NiCr-Cr3C2 coating with a bond coat (Ni-Zn-Al2O3 coating).Ni-Zn-Al2O3 coating as interlayers of corrosion resistance were prepared by low pressure cold spray(LPCS) and NiCr-Cr3C2 cermet coatings as non-slip surface material were prepared by HVOF, which form a sandwich structure.
