As the kernel equipment of satellite payload,atomic clock provides time and frequency reference for the whole satellite.And its performance determines the positioning precision of downlink user directly.So it is of great importance to monitor the integrity of satellite signal.This paper puts forwards method for detection on anomaly of satellite clock based on PLL.During simulation,it realizes detection for phase jumping,frequency jumping and signal loss of satellite signal.
