  大量研究表明有色小麦含有丰富的微量元素、较高的蛋白质以及天然色素。有色小麦因其特殊的营养价值日益受到人们的重视。在小麦栽培研究中,施用氮素直接影响小麦的产量和品质,合理的氮肥运筹对提高小麦产量和改善小麦品质具有重要意义。关于氮肥施用量和配施比例对有色小麦产量品质的影响方面已有较多研究,但有关施氮时期影响有色小麦产量和品质的研究相对较少。本试验重点研究了施氮时期对不同粒色小麦产量及品质的影响,旨在探讨施氮时期对有色小麦与普通白粒小麦产量和品质的影响间存在的差异,为小麦优质高产栽培提供理论依据。
