Purpose Our purpose was to evaluate the clinical outcomes of arthroscopically assisted an kle fusion in patients with end-stage tuberculosis.Methods 20 patients, all with end-stage tuberculo sis, were operated on by arthroscopically assisted an kle fusion, and a half-ring sulcated external fixator was used.
