三七种植地的土壤及植物内生微生物的群落特征

三七[Panax notoginseng (Burk)F H.Chen]是我国的名贵中药,其药材及制剂在心脑血管、神经性疾病中发挥着重要的作用,对跌打损伤具有很好的疗效,是云南白药的重要原料之一.由于三七的独特生长所需,生存在免耕连续种植过程中发生重要的变化,其中微生物的变化不仅影响着土壤的理化性质和土壤活力,还与三七的病害、连作障碍的形成有着密切的关系.本报告从三七土壤与内生微生物入手,以纯培养和免培养结合的方式分析了微生物随着种植时长的变化特征;以三七根腐病病原真菌为靶标,筛选出一些具有拮抗三七病原微生物的活性菌株;以活性微生物为基础,采用离体培养、花盆试验及田间试验的方法,测试了回接有益菌株对三七的生物保护作用.
