Ginseng is a very popular phytomedicine used all around the world.Av number of works have been carried out during the last 30 years in order to develop analytical methods for the identification, quantification and quality control of ginsenosides in crude plant materials, extracts and market products.Separation of ginsenosides has been achieved using TLC, GC and HPLC.Among these techniques, HPLC is widely employed.However CE method has not been extensively used for the analysis of ginsen.
