In engineering optimization problems,the number of function evaluations is severely limited by computational cost.Since these problems pose a special challenge to the field of global optimization,the surrogate-based approach for analysis and optimization is an effective way to reduce the burden.During the optimization process,surrogates are rebuilt based on infill criteria which is usually a complex multimodal function.
