  Nanocrystalline (Co2FeA1)1-x(Al2O3)x soft magnetic thin films with variable large in-plane uniaxial magnetic anisotropy were prepared by an oblique sputtering, without using the field induced method or post-annealing treatments.The in-plane uniaxial magnetic anisotropies vary from 50 to 180 Oe by adjusting the sample position.As a result, the ferromagnetic resonance frequencies of the films increase from 1.9 to 3.75 GHz.
