　　Objective To explore ethanol extract of Cichoriumin tybus(EECT)effect on experimental atherosclerosis(AS)of rabbits in blood lipids and aortic pathology.Methods 50 healthy rabbits were divided into two groups,blank control group 10 rabbits were given normal diet,model group 40 rabbits were given high fat diet for 60 days,the AS rabbit model was established.
