大港油田页岩油水平井固井技术难点及其对策

针对大港油田页岩油水平井固井中所面临的钾盐钻井液与水泥浆相容性差及驱替困难、水泥环在高压裂压力条件下易破坏等问题,开展了保证界面胶结的驱油前置液、满足压裂条件的韧性水泥石和有利于井筒密封的固井工艺技术研究.取得了如下研究成果:(1)开发了抗污染驱油前置液,其对含油钾盐钻井液的冲洗效率高于90%,且与钾盐钻井液及水泥浆相容性好;(2)根据水泥环密封完整性理论模型所开发的韧性水泥石,在保证相对较高抗压强度的同时杨氏模量降低达30%;(3)确定了清水顶替等适用于页岩油水平井的固井技术,有利于保证井筒密封性能.该研究成果在大港油田首口页岩油水平井官东1701H井成功应用,水平段平均固井优质率达到99.17%,创下了大港油区大斜度井、L型井和水平井固井质量的最好记录,保证了井筒密封完整性,为页岩油高效开发提供了技术支撑.
