　　Seoul recycles and reuses only 3.9% of water. 94% of the reused water is recycled from wastewater while 5.4% from gray water and less than 1% from rain water harvesting. The city of Seoul made plans to increase the percentage of water recycle and reuse to reconstruct Seoul as a city with sustainable water cycle.
